Admission will be granted on the basis of the Observation-cum-Interaction. The presence of both parents/Guardians during this period is recommended.

Documents to be submitted at the time of Admission: 

• School is leaving/transfer certificate and previous year’s Report Card (without this no student from Class I onwards will be admitted).
• Medical Certificate in the given format.
• Copy of Aadhar Card of the Candidate & Parents/Guardians.
• Birth Certificate, in original, to be brought for verification only.
• Recent passport-size color photograph of the candidate and both parents/Guardians.
• Admission will be canceled if any variance is found between the particulars filled in the Registration Form and the documents submitted for admission.

ASSESSMENT AND INTERACTION SESSION FOR CLASS I TO VIII 

From class I onwards, an Assessment will be conducted which will be followed by an Interactive Session. 

Parents must bring both copies of the Admit Card on the date and time mentioned on the Admit Cards when they bring their ward(s) to school.

The entire procedure may last three to four hours. Parents are advised to plan their schedules accordingly. 

Before the commencement of the assessment, Parents must hand over the student’s copy of the Admit Card to the Session-In-Charge. 

AGE CRITERIA 

The eligibility criterion for various classes is based on the child’s age. For the new session the applicant, as recorded in the birth certificate, will determine the eligibility for admission to a particular class.

Class I: 5 – 6 Years

Class II: 6 – 7 Years

Class III: 7 – 8 Years

Class IV: 8 – 9 Years

Class V: 9 – 10 Years

Class VI: 10 – 11 Years

Class VII: 11 – 12 Years

Class VIII: 12 – 13 Years

Class IX: 13 – 14 Years

Class X: 14 – 15 Years

The Registration for students from Class I and onward for the Academic Session 2022-2023 will commence on the 20th Day of December 2021 and will be held up to the 31st Day of March 2022  as per the below-mentioned schedule:
